Refunds & Event Cancellations
We are unable to refund your membership fee in any circumstances.
If for any reason you are unable to attend an event that you have booked you should advise us immediately so that the place can be offered to a member on our waiting list. If you have paid for membership with us and you cancel your event booking more than 14 days before the event, we will restore this event to your account. If you paid for a taster session and cancel your event booking more than 14 days before the event, we can move your booking to another event of your choosing.
